How do you use the JuliBrite® Electric Toothbrush Heads?

1. Attach the toothbrush head. Click the toothbrush head securely onto your JuliBrite® Electric Toothbrush.
2. Apply toothpaste. Apply a small amount of JuliBrite® toothpaste to the bristles. A pea-sized amount is sufficient.
3. Hold the brush at an angle against your teeth. Hold the brush head at a slight angle toward the gum line. Don’t press hard; the brush does the work.
4. Start brushing. Move gently from tooth to tooth. Brush the outer surfaces first, then the inner surfaces and the chewing surfaces. Pay extra attention to the back molars—they’re most often missed.
5. Follow the timer. Every 30 seconds, you’ll hear a beep to move on to the next quadrant. This helps you distribute your brushing time evenly throughout your entire mouth.
6. Rinse and let it dry. Rinse the brush head thoroughly after use and let it dry upright. Replace the brush head every 3 months for a fresh and effective brushing routine.
